  • The scope of revisions is limited to the original project requirements. Any changes or additions that fall outside the original project scope will be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

1.2 Revision Process

  • Revision Turnaround Time: We aim to complete revisions within 2 business days. However, the time required may vary based on the complexity and extent of the requested changes.

1.3 Limits on Revisions

  • We provide up to 3 rounds of revisions per project at no additional cost. Additional rounds of revisions may be subject to extra charges.
  • We reserve the right to deny revision requests that are unreasonable or fall outside the agreed-upon scope of work.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the project has not yet commenced, and a written request for cancellation is made within 2 days of payment.
  • If we are unable to complete the project as per the agreed-upon terms due to our own limitations or constraints.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Refund Evaluation: We will evaluate your request based on the project’s progress and the reasons provided. Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Full Refund: A full refund may be granted if the project has not yet started and the cancellation request is made within 2 days of payment.
  • Partial Refund: A partial refund may be granted based on the amount of work completed. If significant progress has been made, the refund amount will be prorated according to the completed milestones.
  • No Refund: No refund will be provided if the project has been completed and delivered, or if the cancellation request is made after the specified period.

3. General Terms

3.1 Communication

All revision and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to ensure proper documentation and tracking.

3.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a revision or refund, we encourage open communication to reach a mutually agreeable solution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to arbitration or mediation as per our company’s dispute resolution policy.

3.3 Changes to Policy
